Motivation can be further eulogized as directional motivation. This motivation is brought by the inner self of a person. In this type of motivation, a person tends to act in a manner by staying away from the negative thoughts and seeking optimism and marching toward positive goals. It’s more like seeking the described predetermined goal. It’s a natural form of Motivation and comes from within unlike extrinsic form of Motivation which is brought by external factors or outside surroundings.

A motivated person tends to complete his work at the time and stay fresh and active and also act as A role model to others whereas on contrary, on the other hand, a demotivated person is like a “worn-out machine with no emotions and feelings”. His life is boring and dull with no spark or lightning. He is full of negativity pessimistic character traits and always remains lazy failing in the accomplishment of goals. Being motivated for anything makes you act in A consistent and active manner in your Life. A motivated soul always feels like having a purpose to live. A task to complete, a goal to achieve, and finally, a reason to smile and cherish.
